Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had impressive rooms that were spotlessly clean but underwhelming in size and decor for the overall vibe. The soundproofing was lacking, and the facilities were subpar with a tiny gym and language barrier with staff. The service was mostly friendly, with some delays in orders. The location was convenient, being close to the Alhambra Palace and offering a great city view. The dining experience was passable but somewhat pricey. Overall, good value for money but with room for improvement in various areas.
The hotel had spacious rooms with breathtaking views of the city, but the layout was a bit confusing with separate residences. The staff were accommodating and happy to share the hotel's history, although the rooms seemed better suited for short stays. The location was unbeatable for enjoying stunning city views and sunsets, but be prepared for some walking or taxi rides. The dining options were varied and fresh, but some items were below expectations. Overall, a unique stay with memorable views and friendly service.
The hotel offers an unrivaled location with stunning views of the city and the Alhambra palace, close to the Albaicin area with plenty of excellent restaurants. The rooms are generally clean; however, they are a bit noisy due to their proximity to the road and are relatively small compared to other spacious accommodations in the region.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. On the upside, the deluxe style rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, offering an incredible view that is hard to beat. However, there was an unpleasant odor issue that led to a room change requiring an additional fee.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms had a double aspect looking out to the mountains, which was very nice, and they were spacious and very clean. However, they felt rather small for such a quality hotel, and the bathroom equipment was outdated. The service was mostly very helpful, prompt, and efficient, although some staff members were not as kind. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the Alhambra, offering a beautiful view over Granada. The dining experience was average, with a mix of traditional and continental buffet options.
